Meet Marco

With over 30 years of experience, Marco Ciccarelli leads clients through the design of environments

that shape individuals and strengthen communities. Ciccarelli has a Master of Architecture from Pratt Institute. Marco brings clarity and creativity to complex projects—particularly in education, libraries, and faith-based spaces—by fostering inclusive dialogue, deep listening, and a commitment to meaningful impact. His collaborative approach ensures each project is rooted in its unique context and designed to enhance everyday experience.

 

Marco’s passion lies in exploring how architecture supports human connection, well-being, and learning. He guides programming and design efforts that center people—students, educators, caregivers, and congregations—through innovative solutions aligned with mission and purpose. Under his leadership, the firm’s research explores sustainable, high-performance design and evolving models for learning and spiritual formation.

 

As an Accredited Learning Environment Planner, his work ensures each project reflects current thinking in educational and community planning. Marco’s legacy is one of thoughtful leadership and architecture that inspires lasting transformation.
