Meet Kate

Kate Huentelman is MKC Architects’ Director of Business Development, leading the firm’s brand, market positioning, and growth across our core sectors of schools, libraries, and faith-based organizations. Drawing on prior experience at BHDP, entrepreneurship as the owner of her own practice, and hands-on work with startups, Kate blends strategic vision with pragmatic execution—overseeing our website and digital presence, crafting cohesive messaging and collateral, and ensuring brand consistency at every client touchpoint. She designs and runs multi-channel marketing campaigns, develops thought-leadership content and case studies, and steers proposal strategy and presentations, while building sector partnerships that expand MKC’s reach. With international experience—including collaborations with organizations such as ArchDaily—she brings a global perspective to outreach and storytelling. Kate also owns analytics and reporting, tracking marketing ROI, lead conversion, and sector growth, and delivering clear quarterly performance insights that inform pipeline decisions and sustain momentum.
