This project features the design of a new 75,000 sq. ft.,full service, medical clinic. In addition to general medical services, the building will feature many specialized medical procedures including imaging, radiology, pharmacy, pulmonary, neurology, optometry, physical therapy, urgent care and women's health services.

The facility is part of an initiative to increase the number of medical facilities for Armed Services Veterans. The building is designed to LEED Silver level and is extremely energy efficient with its active and passive options
