Constructed as a freestanding outpatient rehabilitation, sports medicine and wellness facility for the Hospital, the facility encompasses 13,000 sq. ft. of floor area including; therapy pool, treatment cubicles, cardiovascular training, free weight training, and Cybex weight training, functional rehabilitation area, occupational therapy space, and support spaces.

The building supports outpatient programs in non-weight bearing hydrotherapy, strength conditioning and weight training, cardiovascular rehabilitation, and functional evaluation of rehabilitation under simulated field and game conditions.
