This project featured the addition of a 54,000 sq. ft. office building annex to the existing county courthouse, which was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1973.

The new facility is connected to the courthouse via a walkway and was designed to complement the architecture of the existing historic 1882 courthouse. The facility accommodates many county offices including Recorder, Auditor, Treasurer, Commissioners, Prosecutor, and the Map and Title Office.
