This project is a free standing outpatient surgery center offering a full range of healthcare services. The design and construction of the building were completed on an expedited schedule, spanning approximately 14 months.

The facility is designed to accommodate future interaction with a professional building and features many specialty design elements including internal racetrack design of pre-op, surgery and post op functions, three surgical suites, two endoscopy suites and physically and visually separate patient entrance and discharge locations.
