Outpatient Surgery Center, constructed as the initial building of a multi-phase
Health Care Campus, features single-story residential character. Designed
and constructed on an expedited schedule, the building includes: separate
patient entrance and discharge locations; internal racetrack design of pre-op,
surgery, and post-op functions; three surgical suites and two endoscopy suites.
The facility was designed to interact with future professional office buildings.
