This project featured the design of a new student housing complex close to the univeristy on a site that was a former junkyard. With the assistance of an Environmental Conusltant, the site was remediated and a new 220-bed, living learning community was developed. Phase I involved the development of the entire site and completion of the first 2 buildings.

Each 21,000 sq. ft. building features a community room, Resident Advisor suite and accomodtes 11 five bedroom suites. Each suite features 2 full bathrooms, kitchen, dining areas and living areas.
