This space echos the city's center "roundaboout". From the commons, traffic is directed to the "avenues" separating academics, arts, and athletics in separate wings.

The facility features a 600-seat performing arts theatre and mulit-purpose community room that can be divided for testing, tutoring, or combined into a single space for large group instruction.
