The concern for ecology, energy conservation and sustainability has escalated from a desired consideration to a requirement, or a mandate, on many projects.

As we evaluate our professional responsibility to the larger community, we are committed to stewardship of the environment by fostering an active sustainability agenda throughout the organization. As members of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) with numerous LEED Accredited Professionals on staff, we have established a "green team" which integrates sustainability into our organizational structure.

Today we have incorporated sustainability issues into our pre-design project discovery process as well as our internal design review process.

We have developed a three-tiered system which responds to your desires and needs for a sustainable building. These strategies range from the simple such as intelligent building siting to the more complex such as:
