Phase I of the district's new construction, an OSFC - ELPP (Expedited Local Partnership Program) project, encompasses 42,000 SF to create elementary classrooms, kitchen and cafeteria, as well as a gymnasium. Phase II, to be completed under the OSFC Classroom Facilities Assistance Program (CFAP), will enlarge the building to a total of 110,000 SF to accommodate 715 students in grades K-12.

In order to meet the challenges of accommodating all grade levels in a single facility, the plan focuses on providing segregation of grade levels in individual wings, which also minimizes disruptions for academic areas.
