This project featured the adaptive reuse of a former 14,880 sq. ft. utility company technical training center into a new facility to accommodate an ophthalmology clinic and outpatient cataract and Lasik surgery center.

The program is based on a high efficiency patient centered approach to the delivery of eye related medical care. Patients are quickly engaged in a progressive process of triage, screening, testing, examination, and treatment and scheduling, resulting in smaller waiting areas due to increased efficiencies.
