Heritage Middle School Exterior

Part of the first phase of OSFC projects which will replace all of the Painesville facilities, the Heritage Middle school exterior reflects the local Western Reserve architecture with low-profile shingle roofs to blend in with surrounding residential areas. The plan separates three grade levels in individual wings, each including a multi-purpose Extended Learning Area space.

High activity areas, including student dining, gym and instrumental/vocal music rooms, share a separate wing. The center entrance provides direct access to the Media Center/Reading Room and adjoining Technology Lab. The public areas include separate after-hours entrances with security partitions to prohibit access to the academic wings during community events.
