This project featured a major mid-life renovation of a building originally designed by MKC in the 1960's. The scope included new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, hazardous material abatement, new windows and doors, interior reconfiguration and updated finishes and furnishings.

The project also included expanding the original 75,000 sq. ft. building by 8,700 sq. ft. to include a new "Cyber Commons" that includes a contemporary coffee shop and built in study areas.
