This
project involved the adaptive reuse of a former 60,000 grocery store into
a state-of-the-art Wellness Center for the local Hospital System. The 20,000
sq. ft. workout area includes free weights, nautilus, stationary bikes, treadmills
and aerobics room. New locker rooms, showers, running track and basketball
courts complete the area. An additional large physical therapy department
serves the local hospital patients.
