This project features the design of new student housing to be built in multiple phases that will eventually produce 400-600 additional beds on the campus.

Phase I is a 150-bed facility designed using a "pod' concept where student sleeping rooms share common living/lounge spaces, restrooms, and a kitchenette. Common areas include a lobby lounge, cafe/retail space, fitness rooms, laundry, game rooms and conference space.
