This historic 17,800 sq. ft. building was originally designed by MKC founder Charles Marr in 1928. The extensive restoration resulted in space to reunite various offices for the City of New Philadelphia. The project included restoration of the decorative interior woodwork and ceilings as well as upgrades to the life safety systems, new handicap accessibility, new electrical systems and new HVAC systems. The renovated building now houses numerous municipal offices including the Mayor's office and City Council Chambers.
