This project featured the renovation of a 3-story, 34,510 sq. ft. vintage 1930's building to bring it up to modern day standards.

The scope of work included replacement of the existing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The lighting systems and ceilings were replaced and the interior received new finishes, as well as a total restoration of the hardwood flooring throughout.

Exterior work included new windows, masonry tuck pointing and repairs to the slate roof.
