This new 20,000 sq. ft., three-story facility is located within the Cedar Point amusement park, adjacent to Hotel Breakers.

The building consolidates many administrative functions including accounting, senior officers,IT, park managers and storage. The facility's 3rd floor, which features the CEO, CFO, and COO offices, has a dramatic view directly into the amusement park. The building includes an IT hub to serve all 16 of the company's amusement parks, low E glass with cantilevered sunscreens to reduce solar heat gain, and micro museums of the history of Cedar Point and Cedar Fair located on the first and third floors.
